15 Oct Morning Run
This morning I got up and ran at 5:30 A.M. Every time I get up to run it is the same struggle of wanting to get back in bed. But once I start playing my music and I get going I feel incredible. I love going through my day knowing that I worked out first thing in the morning. The feeling of accomplishment – of getting something done – and staying in shape – feels absolutely incredible. The incredible feeling of accomplishment always overrules the frustrated feelings of being tired. Sleep is important. But as a highly energetic guy I love getting some time to myself to exercise and workout. Plus the world is so beautiful first thing in the morning. It makes me feel grateful to be alive.
