Make A Ruckus Day (The Day After World Mental Health Day)

I woke up at 5:30 A.M. this morning and I was pretty certain I was going to go back to bed. I almost didn’t make it this morning to my morning workout. However, I made a strong choice, overcame my lizard brain, went downstairs and I just ran for 30 minutes and I feel fantastic. If yesterday was world mental health day TODAY is get out of bed day. The hardest part about being depressed is getting out of bed in the morning. Get out of bed. Go make a ruckus. I’ve found out early on in my young career that having a reason to get our bed in the morning is the most important thing in the world. “Do whatever gets you out of bed in the morning.” I’m here for you and I’m here with you. Life is not Instagram perfect FOR ANYBODY. I know some of you guys have your own challenges and I’m here running alongside you. What’s your purpose? Why do you exist? I exist to delight very young children, to be a good father, my wife’s biggest cheerleader, a good son and I need to overcome my petty-ness (my scarcity mindset can run my life sometimes) and more generous/help out whoever I can.
